Praktikum

In meinem einmonatigen Praktikum beim zweitgrößten Medienhaus Europas in Mainz bekam ich Einblick in die Abläufe des Zweiten Deutschen Fernsehens und durchwanderte die gesamte Grafikabteilung des Unternehmens. Ich durchlief so die Teams von Grafikdesk, News Grafik, 3sat Grafik, Sport Grafik, WISO Grafik, Typo Grafik, Auslandsjournal Grafik und Logo Grafik. Zusätzlich besuchte ich die Studios und bekam die Möglichkeit bei Sendungsaufzeichnungen dabei zu sein, wie z.B. „Drehscheibe“, „heute“, „Fernsehgarten“, „Sportstudio“ und „logo“. Am Ende meines Praktikums durfte ich noch die Kostümfundus des ZDF durchforsten und die Werkstätten der Requisite besuchen.

Internship

In my month long Internship at Europe’s second biggest media company behind BBC I got an overview of the workflow at the ZDF. I was based in the grafics department of the company and switched between the teams for Grafikdesk, News Grafik, 3sat Grafik, Sport Grafik, WISO Grafik, Typo Grafik, auslandsjournal Grafik and Logo Grafik. And I got to visit the studios and accompany the recording of shows such as ’Drehscheibe’, live recording of the news ’heute’, ’Fernsehgarten’, ’Sportstudio’ and the kids news ’logo’. At the end of my work experience I got the chance to take a look at the costume stock of the ZDF and I was able to visit the workshops of the prop.
